Shipping policy

Shipping Policy All orders are shipped from Germany and the frames are made to order. A flat shipping fee is charged at checkout, which includes specialist packaging, transit, and full insurance cover for the value of your artwork. Works are typically shipped within 2-3 weeks of your order being placed.

Multi-Frame Orders Our flat-rate shipping fee covers one framed print and includes custom protective packaging and full transit insurance. For orders of two or more frames, package dimensions and insurance requirements increase accordingly. Please contact us at studio (at) alannalawley (dot) com prior to placing your order and we will provide a tailored shipping quote. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or flat shipping fee quoted at checkout. Alanna Lawley has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Packaging Every artwork is shipped in a purpose-built package that is reinforced to protect the work in transit. All shipments are fully insured for their purchase value.

Delivery Times As frames are made to order it can take between 2-3 weeks before the order is shipped. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Alanna Lawley is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier disruptions. 

Damage or Loss In the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photographic evidence so we can resolve the matter promptly.
