Refund & Return Policy

All framed artworks are made to order. If you believe your item is eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where a return is accepted, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition.

Damaged or Lost Items If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photographic evidence. All shipments are fully insured and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
